My French viols are mainly inspired by the work of the 17th century Parisian maker Michel Colichon. Just like the original instruments, my viols feature fronts made of five bent staves, and backs and ribs of walnut and fruitwood, which give them that rich and refined, typical French sonority.

In addition to seven-string bass viols, I offer treble viols and pardessus, but also six-string bass viols for the earlier repertoire.
